Project Tesseract is a data translation engine that can allow video games to communicate unlike ever before. This project offers a solution to circumvent typical compatibility challenges by utilizing Project Tesseract as the translation engine. Now, multiple distinct software pieces, without any prior integration, can effortlessly exchange items in game in real time.
In Action
To demonstrate, mods have been written for two video games that allow communication via Project Tesseract. These video games can now exchange items, in real time, even on server multiplayer. Example integration software currently exists in the form of mods for the games Minecraft and Terraria. With Project Tesseract, now any game can participate in communal data transfer.
